Privacy and website forms
Information you choose to provide
The free-resource form may collect your email address, full name and an optional city, state or country. The speaking inquiry form may collect your name, email, phone number, organization, event details and message.
How the information is used
Laura may use information submitted through the website to provide requested resources, respond to questions or speaking inquiries, contact you about your request and follow up about services that may be relevant to you.
Laura may also use your contact information to send occasional updates about her speaking services, workshops, books, resources and related offerings. These messages are intended to be occasional rather than frequent.
Lead storage
Website form submissions may be stored in a private lead list used by Laura and the people helping manage her website. The public website does not expose that list.
Analytics and cookies
The site is prepared to use Google Analytics after it is configured. When analytics is active, visitors can choose whether to allow analytics cookies through the site’s consent notice. Analytics is used to understand which pages and campaigns lead to resource requests and speaking inquiries.
Email choices
You can ask to stop receiving occasional promotional or service-related updates at any time by using the unsubscribe option in an email, when provided, or by contacting laura@laurathomaeyoung.com. Laura may still reply to an active question, resource request or speaking inquiry.
Sharing
Laura does not sell website visitor information. Hosting, analytics, email and form-processing providers may process information as needed to run the website and respond to requests.
